The Waterford Station project involves an 84,000 square foot retail shopping center located on a 20-acre site including 3 retail buildings, a freestanding restaurant and 446 parking spaces. The site contains a significant amount of inland wetlands, steep slopes and shallow ledge that required special consideration in design, particularly in regard to site grading, storm water management and utilities.
DiCesare-Bentley's services included concept planning, on-site and off-site surveys, building and parking layout, grading and erosion control, storm water management including analysis of off-site facilities and design of on-site detention, utilities, landscape design and lighting, preparation of local and state agency documents and liaison with those agencies. |
