This project is a common interest community (condominium) comprised of both 81 conventional residential units and 60 “air space” units in an environmentally sensitive area. In addition to the normal design services associated with this type of residential development, it was necessary to incorporate special erosion and sedimentation control measures, stormwater management, and a wetland buffer and re-vegetation program. DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. was also responsible for the preparation and coordination of all surveys and exhibits to accompany the declaration for the condominium and subsequent amendments.
