Village Apartments - Montville, CT

This project involves the construction of a new four story 30-unit apartment building to replace the former building that was destroyed by fire. DiCesare-Bentley performed property survey, topographic survey and utility location survey to support site design on this 44-acre parcel.

DiCesare-Bentley is currently providing construction layout survey services to support construction of the new building and all associated site improvements. The firm is also the civil engineer on this project.
