This project involved the planning, design, permitting and construction coordination for the development of an “inclusive playground facility” at an existing town park (Poquonnock Plains).   As a community project, the challenge was to execute the project program within the budgetary constraints mandated by funding of the project by monetary donations and in-kind services.  Services included on-site surveys, preliminary design, coordination with planning committee members and equipment vendors, cost analysis of alternative design schemes, project phasing, final design of equipment and site improvements, grading and drainage, preparation of local land use agency documents and liaison with those agencies.
