DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. provided professional surveying services to the owner of Stanton-Davis Homestead Museum, Inc. to facilitate the division of a large historic estate and create areas suitable for both public and private use. The work included land record research and field surveys necessary to identify and map natural and cultural features that could be utilized as practical boundaries for the various portions of the estate. This included the location and mapping of existing and new easements and rights of way that provide access to the estate.
