Park Place Condominiums - Groton, CT

This project consists of 6 buildings comprising a 61-unit multi-family development and related site improvements on a 6-acre infill site.  Significant site characteristics included inland wetlands, steep slopes and storm drainage restrictions that required special consideration during design. 

Services provided included on-site and off-site surveys, construction surveys, as-built surveys and record drawings, building and parking layout, grading and erosion control, storm water management including on-site detention, utilities, landscape design and lighting, preparation of local agency permit documents and liaison with those agencies and related construction administration services. 

Upon completion of construction phase, DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. provided the owner with surveys and related documents for declaration of condominiums.
