Mystic Glen is a prime example of open space residential design concepts. The firm had primary responsibility for planning, surveying, design, permitting and construction services for this 50-lot subdivision in Mystic, CT. DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. redesigned the previously approved subdivision to respond to changing market factors and to incorporate cost effective design. One of the unique aspects of the final design was integration with the adjacent Pequot Woods Open Space.
