This project is a major expansion (33,500 square foot, 2-story addition ) to an existing medical clinic.  In addition to integrating the new facility into the existing site, the project was required to meet the highest standards for storm water management due to its location in the City of Groton Watershed.  Storm water from the project site discharges into the City reservoir system directly across the street.  Other services provided included on-site and off-site surveys, off-site road improvements, parking and internal traffic circulation layout, on-site and off-site utilities, landscape design and lighting.
