This project involved the demolition of an existing school facility and the construction of an entirely new facility on the existing site. DB Engineers performed land surveying, civil/site engineering, permitting and construction services for this project. As part of the project, a temporary facility (shown) was designed and constructed at a nearby location to house the students during construction. Other aspects of the project that influenced the design included the site’s relatively small size, topography and storm water management requirements.
