Groton Senior Center - Groton, CT

DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. is providing construction layout and general location survey services for the Construction Management firm, Enfield Builders, Inc., and General Contractor, Lombardi Gravel & Excavation LLC for the Groton Senior Center Additions and Renovations Project. The newly expanded facility will provide over 37,000 square feet of activity and meeting space for senior citizens in the Groton area.

Services being provided by DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. include layout for excavation and foundation construction and location surveys for new steel column structure, new underground utilities, parking upgrades and landscape areas. Upon

completion of the construction phase, DiCesare-Bentley will conduct all as-build surveys of the site improvements and prepare all record drawings.
