DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. assisted the owner with redevelopment and modernization of their site to provide individual facilities for each of their four franchises. To accomplish this, one existing building was demolished and replaced with three new buildings. DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. provided concept planning, surveying, site design, permitting and construction services. The challenges of the project were to renovate the site utilizing existing infrastructure, upgrade the site to conform to the current zoning regulations and to have the site standout from the adjacent competing dealerships. The most critical challenge was the need to develop a phasing plan in order to maintain dealership operations during construction.
