Occupying a prominent 42-acre site overlooking the Thames River, Fairview is a multifaceted healthcare facility consisting of nursing home, congregate living, Alzheimer’s care and freestanding childcare components. DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. has performed surveying, engineering, permitting and construction services over the last 40 years to support the owner’s ongoing renovation and expansion programs.

Typical projects include new/renovated buildings, infrastructure replacements and utility upgrades. Due to its proximity to an established single-family neighborhood, an integral part of all new designs includes measures to minimize adverse impacts (traffic, lighting, safety) on the adjacent residential area.
