This project involved the construction of a new sit-down type restaurant on an existing hotel site.  The new facility and its related site improvements required integration with the existing hotel complex.  As part of the project an on-site inland wetland was restored and the existing site storm water system upgraded to current standards.  Services provided included on-site and off-site surveys, site and parking layout, storm water system design, utilities, landscape design and lighting, preparation of local and state agency documents and liaison with those agencies, preparation of construction drawings and technical specifications for civil site activities and related construction administration services.
