The Colchester Elementary School project involved the design and construction of a new elementary school on a campus containing several other educational facilities. The site also contained inland wetlands, existing buildings and utilities that required special consideration during design and construction.
Services provided by DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. included survey document review, parking and internal traffic circulation layout, on-site utilities, storm water management, grading, erosion control, landscape design, preparation of local and state agency permitting documents and liaison with those agencies, preparation of construction drawings and technical specifications for civil site activities and related construction administration services.
