This project involved the demolition a number of derelict buildings on a prominent street corner in Downtown New London and the construction of a new, 20,000 square foot, multi-story bank/ office building. The site design required dealing with topographic constraints, street access limitations, and coordination with access to adjoining properties.
The project also included requirements for a drive-thru teller and 53 parking spaces under the building. DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. provided all surveying, civil engineering design, permitting, and construction documents and administration services for this project.
