
As prime consultant to the owner, DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc. performed concept planning, land surveying, civil/site design, permit services and construction services. The project included a 131-unit multi-story building, 41 units of detached housing, roadways, utilities and site improvements on a 26-acre site. The site design required special measures to provide for the future access and development of an adjoining site. Design features also had to address stringent stormwater management requirements and wetland permitting considerations.
