Bayview is a 120-bed health care facility occupying a prominent site overlooking Niantic Bay. DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, Inc.'s involvement included the design for the original project and recent addition. As prime consultant to the owner, our services included surveying, civil design, permitting and construction services. These projects required coordination with the Route 156 reconstruction and careful attention to design of stormwater management facilities.
