DiCesare-Bentley Engineers, a multi-discipline design firm in Groton, is pleased to announce the addition of Paul Biscuti, P.E. as Civil Engineering Manager. In his new role, Mr. Biscuti will be responsible for all facets of the civil engineering services provided by DiCesare-Bentley.

“Paul’s 30 years of experience will greatly enhance our ability to serve our client’s needs” said Clint Brown, Vice President of DiCesare-Bentley.  Mr. Biscuti has considerable experience in the field of land development, stormwater management, regulatory permitting and construction administration throughout the northeast.

Mr. Biscuti has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Connecticut and has completed graduate studies and course work in advanced soil mechanics, groundwater hydraulics, seepage and drainage. He is currently registered as a professional engineer in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington and Oregon.
